As Human Capital Director and member of the management team, you will deploy and guarantee the implementation of the company’s HR policies: recruitment, people development, compensation of individuals and teams, safety, health and quality of life at work, social relations, while making the necessary adjustments to the company (legal, contractual, etc.). You contribute to the sustainable performance of the company.

Key deliverables:

Development of employees' skills and performance in line with the company's needs and their employability.
Strengthening the involvement of management, employee representatives, managers and employees in a constructive social relationship that promotes social cohesion within the company.
Empowerment and autonomy of teams at all levels.

Job Requirements:

Experience showing progression in human resource management over the past 7-10 years.
Demonstrated success in extended assignments that demonstrate superior performance in previous roles.
Conditions of the internal regulations for appointment to functional positions in the company.
University degree in human resources, management or equivalent.
